I believe the first step in helping a buyer or a seller is to understand their wants, needs, and goals. That requires listening, asking the right questions and providing clear and honest answers to their questions. In my opinion, buying or selling your property should be a time of looking forward to life's next adventure. It’s not just about getting the job done but having those I work with enjoy the experience along the way.
A little about me;
I have a strong dedication to customer service (years of work in the public service and as a guide in the adventure tourism industry)
I understand the law and it's importance (20 years experience in risk management and law enforcement)
I am a person you can trust to have your own best interests in mind.
I have an intimate knowledge of recreational pursuits and land use in and around Golden. ( I operate a backcountry training company, I was a park warden who patrolled the corners of all of our surrounding National Parks, I was a long time member of the Golden Backcountry Recreation Access Committee, I was the founding director of the Commercial Snowmobile Operators of BC and I enjoy mountain biking, snowmobiling, back-country skiing, hiking and more!)
Real estate is a relationship-based business and I strive to create client relationships built on trust and confidence. My ultimate goal is a business built entirely upon referrals from clients who are completely satisfied with the professional and caring service they received.
