Showing Real Estate during Covid-19

The BC Government has issued new guidelines for social distancing that will be in place from now until the situation is reviewed on December 7, 2020.  At the moment only open houses are completely restricted.  It seems that homelessness is more of a problem than allowing potential tenants and buyers into rental homes for viewings.  This is a challenging time, but adhering to the government rules is the best way for Realtors, clients and the public to navigate the way through it.  Refer to the Government website for more information and updates or click the links below.
